How The Process Works

Our full custom barrels offer the full gambit of options to give you a truly one-of-a-kind barrel.  Due to this level of complexity, and constantly changing production schedule, we do not allow the direct purchase of your barrel.  Instead, we ask that you spec out your barrel and submit an order request.  We will review your order and contact you with an ETA and confirmation. Pricing is dependent upon the make up of the barrel. This includes whether it is turned (contoured) or not, length of the barrel and additions such as octagon or fluting. We offer our barrels in a variety of calibers/twist combinations from 20 caliber up to 50 caliber. We also offer a few different pistol calibers such as 45 Pistol.

Barrel Material Options

Chrome Moly Barrels are made from only certified 4140 Rifle Barrel steel. Stainless Steel Barrels are made from only certified 416R Rifle Barrel steel. All barrels are precision button rifled, stress relieved and hand lapped to ensure consistency and ease of cleaning.

Finished Length vs Starting Length

Please keep in mind your finished length. The drop-down menu will show the length of the starting blank. For instance if you have a barrel that finishes at 26 inches or slightly less, you would choose the 28 inch blank.
